Each Camper site has sewer, water and electrical hook ups.  Electrical is 30 amp and 50 amp.
Lease terms:  12 months
Lease cost:  Annual $2400.00 ($200.00 per month).  

Utilities included in lease: water & sewer
Electrical is billed monthly based on usage
Boat Storage: $175.00 per year (limited space).
Jet Ski Storage: $125.00 per year
Golf carts allowed at no additional charge.

Dogs allowed 50 pound max with restrictions

We require a 12 month lease, generally from May 1 to April 30.

We do not allow you to set up the camper as a full time residence.

We do not have any nightly or weekend sites for RV parking or camping.
